Delete your account

You can delete your Santa Wishlist account at any time. Deleting it removes your kid profiles, chats, photos and gift lists.

Delete in the app

    Open Settings

    Tap the gear icon on the home screen.

    Choose Delete account

    Read the confirmation and confirm.

  3. 3

    Done

    Your account and its data are deleted, and you are signed out.

No longer have the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will confirm that the request came from you and then delete the account.

What is deleted

  • Your account email and sign-in details
  • Kid profiles, including any names and ages you entered
  • All Santa chats
  • All photos you sent, including photos on your gift lists
  • Your gift lists
  • Your Parent PIN hash

We may keep a record of purchases for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. That record does not include your chats or photos. Copies held in backups are removed as the backups expire.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund store purchases. Those are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
