How Candy Canes work
Candy Canes are the in-app currency. A text uses one cane and a photo uses two. Buy a pack when you need more. Your gift lists and chats are never deleted if you run low. Only sending new messages is paused until you add canes.
The fine print, in plain words
Candy Canes are for use in Santa Wishlist only and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for money.
The Whole Season Pass
The Whole Season Pass is $19.99 once. It gives you up to 50 messages a day until December 31, 2026, with a generous 1,200 message allowance for the whole season. A text counts as 1 and a photo counts as 2, so a day is up to 50 texts or 25 photos. If the 1,200 are ever used up, you simply keep chatting with Candy Canes, like everyone else. The allowances keep the service fair for every family. It is a one time purchase that does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge in January.
Buy it on your phone through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds for store purchases follow the store's own policy.

Sign in with the same account, open the Candy Cane shop and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so use the same one you bought with.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime. Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. That removes your kid profiles, chats, photos and gift lists. Here is how it works.
